Sesame Ginger Vegetables

with roasted onion and garlic

Ready-cut, mixed veggies turn into a fantastic stir-fry when cooked right in our delicious sesame and ginger-spiked sauce. Super easy, super tasty.

Serves 4  |  Cooks in 10 Minutes


1     pouch Red Fork® Skillet Sauce
1     to 1½ lbs. (about 6 cups) mixed, cut fresh vegetables for stir-fry
      Sesame seeds, toasted, for serving


1.      Heat Sauce in a large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2.     Add vegetables, mixing well to coat with sauce.
3.     Stir-fry until crisp-tender, 5-10 min. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.


Variation: Use sauce as directed on blanched green beans or broccoli. Serve over rice.
