Roasted Sweet Potatoes

with smoked paprika

Toss sweet potato wedges with our smoky chile and agave-seasoned sauce, then bake until golden and tender. How simple is that?

Serves 4-6


1½  to 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1-inch wedges  
1     pouch Red Fork® Seasoning Sauce


1.    Preheat oven to 400°. Mix potatoes and Sauce together in an oiled 13- by 9-inch baking dish.
2.   Cover dish with foil and roast for 20 min. Stir well. Continue to roast, uncovered, until golden and tender, 15 to 20 min. more.


Microwave method: Toss potatoes and sauce in microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, microwave on high 12 to 15 min, stirring 2 or 3 times. Let stand, covered, for a few minutes. Serve.
