Lemon Herb Asparagus

with garlic and olive oil

We love to cook tender green asparagus right in our lemony sauce. In less than 10 minutes, we capture all the asparagus goodness in the skillet. The roasted garlic and fresh herb-seasoned sauce makes this dish unforgettable.

Serves 4  |  Cooks in 10 Minutes


1     pouch Red Fork® Skillet Sauce
1     or 2 bunches asparagus, ends trimmed


1.    Heat the Sauce in a large nonstick skillet over medium- high heat. Add the asparagus and 2 tablespoons of water, mix well to coat with sauce.
2.   Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 8 to 10 min.


Variation: Use sauce as directed with thinly sliced zucchini, yellow summer squash or blanched green beans.
