Garlic Roasted Potatoes

with balsamic, rosemary & olive oil

Toss potato wedges with our balsamic and rosemary-seasoned sauce, then bake until golden and tender. Served hot, they’re irresistible.

Serves 4-6


1½  to 2 lbs. small red potatoes, cut into wedges  
1     pouch Red Fork® Seasoning Sauce


1.      Preheat oven to 400°. Mix potatoes and Sauce together in an oiled 13- by 9-inch baking dish.
2.     Cover dish with foil and roast for 20 min. Stir well. Continue to roast, uncovered, until golden and tender, 15 to 20 min.


Microwave method: Toss potatoes and sauce in microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, microwave on high 12-15 min, stirring 2 or 3 times. Let stand, covered, for a few min. Serve.
