Balsamic Basil Veggies

with extra virgin olive oil and garlic

Tender, fresh vegetables, cook quickly in a skillet with our balsamic sauce for a glistening side to grilled meats or roasted chicken. Stir the crisp-tender vegetables into pasta or pile them onto toast for gorgeous bruschetta.

Serves 4  |  Cooks in 5 Minutes


1     pouch Red Fork® Skillet Sauce
1½ lbs. (about 4 cups) halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced zucchini, corn kernels or a combination 
    Cooked pasta, for serving, optional


1.    Heat Sauce in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and mix well with sauce. Cook, stir occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender, 2 to 5 minutes.
2.   Serve hot. Or, stir into pasta.
