Buffalo Chicken Dip

with Windy City Wing Sauce

First up, first down. Everybody go deep into this delicious crowd pleaser. Grilled or roasted chicken teams up with melty cheese and our Red Chile Chicken Wings Roasting Sauce for a sure score at any game-day gathering.

Serves 4-6   |   Cooks in 20 minutes


8     oz. cream cheese

½    cup blue cheese dressing

8    oz (1 Pouch) Red Fork® Windy City Wing Sauce

1     lb. (about) coarsely shredded cooked chicken, preferably grilled, roasted or rotisserie chicken

8    oz. of good melting cheese, such as Monterey Jack, shredded

      Celery Sticks, Carrots, Crackers, or Tortilla Chips, for serving


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt cream cheese in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring. Once creamy, stir in blue cheese dressing, Red Fork® Windy City Wing Sauce, and chicken until combined and melted.
  3. Remove from heat, gently stir in ½ of the shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
  4. Pour into square 8x8 oven-safe baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Place in oven and bake for about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve immediately with celery sticks, carrots, crackers, or tortilla chips.
